Our internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited university or college who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work. Join Ball's Supply Chain Execution team and help bring packaging graphics to life! As a Graphics Operations Intern, you'll collaborate across departments, support customer artwork development, and gain hands-on experience with our graphics systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • Have completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Job-related activities such as process documentation, analytics, customer support/service usually acquired through college courses or prior work-related experience.
  • Collaborative mindset, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced team environment and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communicator with an interest in customer engagement and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full graphics lifecycle-from intake to production.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (including corporate client services, pre-press, plate production, pilot, color standards, and plant graphics coordinators) and external stakeholders such as customer, distributors, and external vendor firms.
  • Attend customer meetings to provide graphics status updates and support customer education efforts.
  • Help improve documentation, communication, and the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve graphics processes and communication across systems.
  • Participate in weekly check-in meetings with mentors and members of the team.
  • Participate in day-to-day office activities.
  • Participate and report out/present on projects/other work assignments as needed.
  • Attend professional development activities, including a professional development week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.

Benefits

  • $24 -$26/hour
