Department The Global Partnerships team manages relationships with corporate partners and sponsors across TKO. This department develops customized partnership strategies, activation plans, and integrated marketing initiatives that align partner objectives with TKO’s brands and broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline related to business development and sales; Junior or Senior standing, or Graduate-level students preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn additional systems and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and comfortable building relationships in a team environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day responsibilities and longer-term projects supporting Global Partnerships team members across Partnership Marketing, Business Development, and Operations
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with other areas of Global Partnerships, including Marketing Solutions and Hospitality, as needed
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of partner-related events and activations
  • Support meetings with current partners, prospective partners, and internal stakeholders, including preparation of materials and follow-up tasks
  • Research industry trends across sports, entertainment, and partnerships, and contribute ideas for promotional concepts and partnership opportunities
  • Learn the fundamentals of sports sponsorship and partnership marketing through a combination of shadowing and hands-on support, with exposure to Business Development and Partnership Marketing workflows
  • Assist with tracking partnership deliverables across live events, custom integrations, and broadcast, digital, and social media platforms
  • Support the creation of post-event partner recaps, including sponsorship measurement and ROI summaries
  • Assist with research to identify market opportunities, support sales strategy, and help generate prospective partner leads
  • Occasionally support contract-related administrative tasks, such as routing legal documents, collecting required information, and tracking fulfillment milestones
  • Support the Global Partnerships team on additional projects and initiatives as needed
