About The Position

Are you someone who thrives on organization, communication, and helping others succeed? EAGLE Certification Group is looking for a Global GAP and Primus Intern to assist with guiding companies through the process of earning and maintaining certification to international management system standards. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer focused certification experience, particularly for clients in the food safety sector. In this role, you'll coordinate audits, maintain accurate records, and serve as a vital connection between our clients and audit teams. You'll ensure every detail is in place, every requirement is met, and every client receives top tier service throughout their certification journey.

Requirements

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service, quality assurance, or a similar support role.
Comfort working with data, documents, and multiple moving pieces at once.
Familiarity with ISO or other standards (or a willingness to learn quickly).
Basic understanding of business expenses and invoicing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills-written and verbal.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for clients during their certification process.
Organize and manage certification data using our internal EAGLE Management System.
Schedule audits, coordinate with auditors, and track deliverables.
Ensure compliance with ISO and other international standards.
Help manage audit related costs to support efficient operations.
Assist in onboarding and supporting auditors with documentation and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to auditor and internal staff training on compliance and regulatory standards.
