Key Responsibilities Provide program management support for compliance-related projects by coordinating tasks & progress, and driving alignment across teams to ensure achievements are met. Assist in developing and implementing environmental compliance programs related to air, water, and waste management. Participate in data collection, analysis, and validation for compliance metrics and reporting. Give technical evaluations of pollution control and emission reduction technologies. Engage in research on emerging regulations and assist in risk assessments for compliance strategies. Assist in maintaining and improving Micron’s Environmental Management System (EMS)

Requirements

  • Actively working toward a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, with equivalent experience also considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and to collaborate with team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a similar field, or possessing equivalent experience.
  • Previous internship experience in environmental compliance and industrial manufacturing is helpful.
  • Program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, which may include prior work experience or completion of relevant coursework.
