Sales works with corporations, travel agencies, and content distribution partners to design, negotiate, and implement programs and agreements that achieve commercial objectives for United's B2B relationships. The Agency Sales Organization is focused on pro-active strategic account management and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships between United's B2B customer portfolio and distribution partners. The Agency Sales Intern will work closely with members of the Sales Organization to support cross-team relationship mapping opportunities and deeper connections between sellers and our agency partners. The intern will be responsible for working within United's Customer Relationship Management Tool - Salesforce - to document and chart findings as well as potential next steps. Processes developed by the intern will also be captured as SOP for future mapping opportunities and deeper connections.
