What you’ll be challenged to do: During your internship, you will work on a highly functioning team and aid in providing design services for a wide variety of projects. You'll receive guidance, supervision and mentorship by experienced engineers and professionals with your success as the goal. The majority of our interns convert to full-time employees. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Support real client projects by assisting with geotechnical reports, designs, and analysis for structures such as dams, bridges, and buildings. Aid in field reconnaissance and observation of exploration borings on challenging terrains. Assist in planning subsurface exploration and laboratory testing. Contribute to the design and analysis of foundations for dams, bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure. Provide support for construction observation activities during project execution.
