Requirements

• Enrolled Cowlitz Indian Tribal Member
• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail
• Must have intermediate MS office skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures
• Must have varied availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs in a 24/7 environment
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
• Develop internship learning objectives and measure progress with a mentor.
• Complete departmentally specific tasks.
• Assist with special projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
