Summer Intern - Functional Safety Intern - AI Application to FuSa Requirements The selected candidate will join a focused engineering team dedicated to the evolution of the Functional Safety Program at Skyworks. The role involves the application of an AI agent to the development and verification of requirements written to support Functional Safety Products.
Requirements
- Shall be enrolled in one of the following degrees
- Electrical Engineering
- System Engineering
- Functional Safety Engineering
- All interested candidates must be able to demonstrate a general knowledge of AI, and how agents are applied
Nice To Haves
- Python scripting is a plus
- AI minor is a plus
Responsibilities
- You will work with a Skyworks Functional Safety Experts, as well as a Skyworks AI scientist to develop an agent that generates compliant requirements
- You will exploit existing requirement development processes, and apply existing guidelines and standards to develop the agent.
- Using known good and known bad results you will program the agent.
- Time permitting, you will work under the guidance of a knowledgeable engineer to the development of an API, allowing the agent to work directly in our requirement management tool.
- You will provide a summary report of results.
