About The Position

The Intern, Fuel Systems Optimization is responsible for working along with the Fuel Productivity team focused on being more productive with CN's fuel utilization. The incumbent collaborates with the team to measure the impacts of CN's fuel-saving initiatives and identifies new opportunities for improvement using data generated by on-board locomotive systems.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects or similar tools, Python or R
• Ability to create and modify Structured Query Language (SQL) queries
• Strong ability for extracting insight from data

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of available data
