These programs provide students with the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals on pivotal projects that shape the future of our operations. Our Summer Intern session spans 12 weeks, offering a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, while our Co-op cohorts typically run for 16 weeks during the Spring and Fall semesters. Both programs are compensated with a competitive hourly rate, ensuring that our interns and co-ops are rewarded for their contributions. In this role, you will be tasked with developing real-time distributed software that orchestrates the induction of new inventory and the fulfillment of customer orders. You will enhance Front-End applications that utilize a variety of technology stacks, including C# .NET, WPF, XAML, RabbitMQ, SQL, and Angular. A key aspect of your work will involve improving the user experience by gaining insights into end users' workflows and empowering them to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues more efficiently. You will play a hands-on role within an engineering team, contributing to the design, development, review, and testing of new functionalities. Collaboration will be essential, as you will work closely with the User Experience design and research team to understand user needs, as well as with other development teams and product managers to break down requirements and execute new business solutions.
