The Intern for Professional Development Programs in Dentistry at Glidewell Dental will assist with various program logistics, including scheduling, participant communications, and material preparation. The intern will work closely with the Program Coordinator to manage participant support, address inquiries, and facilitate engagement in program activities. This role involves collaboration on marketing and outreach efforts to promote the program and attract diverse applicants. The intern will also help track program metrics, assist with event planning tasks, and support day-of event operations to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

  • Assist with program logistics, including scheduling, participant communications, and material preparation.
  • Work with Program Coordinator to manage participant support by addressing inquiries and facilitating their engagement in program activities.
  • Collaborate on marketing and outreach efforts to promote the program and attract diverse applicants.
  • Help track program metrics, such as participant outcomes and feedback, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist Program Coordinator with event planning tasks and speaker communications.
  • Support day-of event operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Assist Coordinator with preparing and organizing materials for sessions, including presentations, handouts, and follow-up resources.
  • Support planning meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the events and coordinate with the team to resolve them promptly.
  • Collect attendee feedback/information through surveys.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on projects.
  • Manage email and communication channels to ensure timely responses to stakeholders/participants.
  • Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
