Requirements

• Pursuing a Culinary degree.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications with the ability to learn internal company computer programs.

Nice To Haves

• Must be motivated, organized and possess good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all culinary and airline food production related activities in the hot kitchen and the cold food department.
• Work with cross functional teams consisting of several different internal & external departments.
• Participate and support all company sponsored initiatives.
• Support all company extracurricular events and activities (Customer luncheons, Special Events, and Executive Board Meetings).
• Hands on participation in menu presentations.
• Hands on production in the flight kitchen.
