Guidehouse's Payer Provider Financial Solutions Area is dedicated to assisting hospitals, health systems, and other providers in managing their operating costs while ensuring high-quality care for the communities they serve. Our digitally powered revenue cycle capabilities empower staff to work effectively across various domains, including patient access, mid-revenue cycle, and patient financial services. Additionally, we offer extensive expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and strategic managed care solutions, enabling our clients to unlock their full potential. The Guidehouse Internship Program is designed to immerse interns in real-world projects, showcasing the unique culture of Guidehouse and providing a meaningful consulting experience. Interns will collaborate with teams to deliver real-time results that support our clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy, who serves as a resource to help navigate the Guidehouse experience. The internship spans 10 weeks during the summer of 2025, anticipated to start on Monday, June 2, and conclude on Friday, August 8. Highlights of the program include learning and development sessions, mid-point and final evaluations, a corporate social responsibility intern event, networking opportunities, and collaborative group projects. Interns will play a crucial role in helping clients enhance their business processes, internal controls, operational efficiency, transparency, performance management, and compliance with federal laws and regulations. Throughout the internship, participants will have the opportunity to support projects that address significant challenges faced by federal clients. The dynamic nature of Guidehouse projects requires self-motivated individuals who are willing to develop solutions independently or as part of a highly skilled team. Interns will interact with senior management, enhancing their skills in technical competency, business development, client service, and people development. As an intern, you will work alongside an experienced team to support the development of client deliverables, internal and client presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and additional project tasks. This position offers the chance to serve clients across various functions, including strategy, process improvement, analytics, accounting, information technology, communications, and project management.
