Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Seeking rising junior or senior applicants.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office software products. PowerBI or other business intelligence knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able tomaintainsolid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
- Excellent oral and written communications skills thatdemonstratea professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Growth mindset oriented – can implement feedback and work to continuously improve
- Demonstratedsuccess at maintaining high personal work standards
- Demonstratedability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial results to create actionable insights for operational partners toleverageand apply
- Engage with peers and team members to obtain knowledge to complete projects
- Develop and implement various frameworks and business intelligence reporting
- Liaise with other operational partners toadvisedecision makers or complete project requests
- Maintainaccurate documentation and records on all projects assigned
- Follow all current standardsutilizedby your team
