Requirements

• Juniors and seniors pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 2.8 GPA or higher.
• Proof of right to work in the United States is a condition of employment.
• Fast learner and proactive worker.
• Not afraid to learn from others and bring innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in innovative and challenging projects.
• Engage in structured onboarding for introduction to the company's basic processes.
• Induct quickly into the department's respective tasks.
• Establish a network within the site and the entire company.
• Work on current business needs.
• Collaborate with multiple work functions.
• Receive mentorship and participate in Lunch and Learns.
• Engage in one-on-one evaluations.
