About The Position

Intern – Finance – Plymouth, MN – Summer 2026 Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in 3 month paid internship opportunities at our site in Plymouth, MN. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in finance for a HealthTech company. Your Role The Finance Intern will support Philips’ IGTD Financial Planning & Analysis team by delivering meaningful financial insights. This role provides hands-on experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis within a growing medical technology organization. Support quarterly forecasting cycles by preparing financial review materials and participating in financial review discussions. Build, enhance, and maintain Excel-based financial models to support scenario planning and operational trend evaluation. Contribute to presentations, dashboards, and executive-ready insights using PowerPoint and other data visualization tools. Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses You're the right fit if Enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or other related business degree Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.0 or above) Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and strong computer skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are a must A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $27.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Additional Information US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN. This requisition is expected to stay active for 45 days but may close earlier if a successful candidate is selected or business necessity dictates.
