About The Position

You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities. This part time Summer Internship is from June 1, 2026 through August 28, 2026. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience. This internship accelerates early-career talent into the casting workflow across both television and film. Our Intern will partner closely with Casting Directors and Talent Executives to drive operational excellence across submissions, session prep, and talent pipeline management. The role provides end-to-end visibility into how casting decisions are shaped—supporting everything from availability checks to managing audition logistics and synthesizing talent insights for stakeholders. This is a high-touch, fast-moving environment where the intern must balance precision with agility, maintain strong talent-facing professionalism, and proactively streamline processes that keep casting cycles on track. They’ll gain hands-on experience navigating the intersection of creative evaluation, talent discovery, and production timelines—ultimately contributing meaningful value to projects in both development and active production.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in school or university during the duration of the internship
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and casting process.

Responsibilities

  • Audition organization: Schedule and coordinate auditions, including preparing audition sides and managing casting sessions.
  • Talent communication: Liaise with talent agents, managers, and actors to schedule appointments and manage submissions.
  • Database management: Maintain and update casting databases, including actor information, headshots, and resumes.
  • Administrative support: Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, managing emails, and preparing casting materials.
  • On-site assistance: Take notes during auditions, assist with logistics, and help with talent wrangling during production.
  • Research: Find and research new talent, including scouting on social media platforms.
  • Professionalism: Remain professional in all aspects of the role and adhere to confidentiality best practices in the workplace.
