THE ROLE: The Field Engineering & Aftermarket Analytics Intern will work closely with stakeholders throughout the Field Services and Aftermarket team while also having exposure to the Product Management and Sales teams. The goal will be to grow our internal installation database and provide in house support for our Field Services & Aftermarket team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations Management / Data Analytics. Must be in at least junior standing as of the Fall, 2026 semester.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with special focus on Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally present information in one-on-one and small group organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Project Scope: Work with Product Management, Aftermarket Services, Field Services and Research & Development teams to identify all available documentation regarding our installed base. Since this will involve the extraction of data for installations 30+ years ago, this role will require collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills, to build off an existing developed installation database for the team to be able to quickly and efficiently recall stored data.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills, to consolidate and clean data to create a blueprint that helps the team understand and utilize data to make informed decisions.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills, to aid Aftermarket Engineers in reverse engineering and repairing OEM pumps. Pumps may be up to or exceed 100 years of age, providing unique challenges and opportunities to expand technical backgrounds.
