Development & Innovation – Philosophy working closely together with several departments such as R&D, IL, trade marketing, activation, education. All your colleagues are passionate, driven and collaborative.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in the beauty industry (internships, coordinator roles)
  • Undergraduate degree required. MBA a plus
  • Must be willing to come to our NY office at ESB at twice a week in person.

Nice To Haves

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Must be a self-starter, professionally mature, accountable, flexible, resourceful, organized and highly detail-oriented with accurate work output

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Director on ideation to execution of skincare activation plans partnering cross-functionally with R&D, IL, trade marketing, activation, education on campaign materials
  • Write and deliver briefs to provide brand direction on innovation for R&D, IL teams
  • Must be able to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders and must easily adapt to change and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions.
  • Conduct category and competitive assessment and leverage consumer insights that will influence strategic business recommendations and day-to-day project management.
