About The Position

Become a part of our diverse culture of learning, development, and mentorship as an Intern - Ethics & Compliance in Summer 2026. Your education is just the beginning - you'll become an active member of our Ethics & Compliance team located in Pittsburgh, PA. During our 12-week internship program, you'll tackle real-world challenges through impactful assignments, and work alongside our industry changemakers. The Intern - Ethics & Compliance will gain knowledge and exposure to the daily operations of Howmet Aerospace's Ethics & Compliance and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a focus on pre-law.
• Expected graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Demonstrated internship, work, research, or extracurricular participation.
• Involved with at least 1 extracurricular activity.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interns must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Create a year-long communications plan addressing compliance topics including Conflicts of Interests, Gifts, Hospitalities, and Travel, Financial Fraud reporting, Data loss prevention and more.
• Assist with planning and implementing Ethics & Compliance projects related to trainings, communications, and assessing Third-Party Risks.
• Work with the Ethics & Compliance team to manage reports coming into the Integrity Line, Howmet Aerospace's financial fraud reporting line.
• Gain exposure to how Ethics & Compliance works with Human Resources, Legal, Information Security, Internal Audit, and Finance to mitigate risks.
