Accurately identifies and appropriately handles chemicals and associated hazards in work area Recognizes and reacts appropriately to safety alarms (EES, fire alarm, MDA, ERT, etc Improving area/shift KPIs by driving LTD reductions, MA improvements, and excursion prevention to optimize overall fab performance Drives a culture of Total Productive Maintenance including TPM metrics, WS health reports, Continuous Improvement Projects, and MTAGs Partners with Equipment Owners and Shift Engineers/Technicians to implement daily activities to resolve issues that could cause yield loss, excursions, defects, tool restrictions, or output loss Drive root cause analysis to permanent prevention Analyze data with SPC principles to improve process controls and reduce defectivity baselines Apply DOE principles and/or 8D problem solving methodology to identify equipment issues driving unscheduled down. Updates or helps create procedures to align with area and global practices to support training and daily execution Ensures assessor checklists and other documents are kept up to date
