We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise IT Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT asset management, data entry within Atlassian's CMDB framework, and UI development using low-code/no-code tools. The intern will work closely with the CAB/Atlassian Administrator and collaborate with various IT teams to support critical projects. The internship will be 10-weeks, 40-hours per week.

Requirements

• Rising Senior pursuing a degree in computer science.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Ability to build or improve scripts using Groovy/JavaScript.
• Understanding of web UI design using low-code/no-code tools.
• Experience with project management tools like Atlassian.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adjust to changing requirements.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update a large volume of asset data into the appropriate Schema/Object Type/Objects within the CMDB.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise IT team to improve asset tracking and data accuracy.
• Assist in revamping the company website using the Refined tool, contributing creative and innovative design ideas.
• Work with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to support IT service management initiatives.
• Enhance or modify existing scripts using Groovy or JavaScript as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, provide insights, and document findings.
