As our Energy Transition Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to market analysis and opportunity identification by conducting research on emerging trends in RNG, RSG, and the broader energy transition space. You will support the team in generating insights that contribute to deal flow and commercial decision-making. Additionally, you will gain exposure to deal evaluation and financial modeling by assisting with the development of models, participating in due diligence efforts, and learning how to assess project economics for potential investment opportunities. This internship opportunity is based in Houston, TX, and spans three months, from June 1, 2026 to August 21, 2026. You will report to the VP Structured Gas Origination Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, technical, and legal teams to support the development and execution of transactions Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize deal value and ensure alignment with ENGIE's strategic objectives Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal processes related to deal origination and execution Contribute to the development of tools and systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness Communication & Presentation: Effectively communicate your findings and recommendations through concise reports and presentations
