About The Position

Visteon seeks a summer intern for 8-14 weeks to join us in the Electrification Product Line. The intern will be responsible for designing and developing software for Battery Management Systems (BMS), On Board Chargers (OBC), and DC-DC converters. Additionally, the intern will perform validation of software using multiple software and hardware development tools and work on automation tools to improve the process of software development. This position will report to the Software Technical Team Leader.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, Micro Controllers, and Embedded Systems
• Proficiency in using software development tools and programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, C/C++, Python)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Minimum completion of Sophomore year for a BSEE or equivalent

• Bonus for higher levels of completed coursework
