About The Position

The Electrical Engineer Intern supports the engineering and production teams by assisting with electrical systems, equipment troubleshooting, process improvement, and documentation within a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience with industrial equipment, automation systems, and electrical maintenance in a production facility.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering degree program or closely related field
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with internal teams

Responsibilities

• Assist electrical engineers with the design, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems used in production equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues in machinery, control systems, and automation equipment.
• Help maintain and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Assist with data collection and analysis to improve production efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Support engineers in process improvement and automation projects within the facility.
• Work with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical standards.
