As an Intern DRAM RMA Quality Engineer at Micron Technology Inc., you will assist in testing, debugging and analysis of next generation DRAM memory solutions working on products as they transition from new product qualification to mass production. Quality Engineers are crucial partner between our Customers, Quality Engineering, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering Departments. Our goal to offer hands-on and substantial engineering projects allows interns to gain valuable experience with memory systems, DRAM components, and manufacturing systems adding impact to Micron’s business. Our intern programs help prepare engineers for future roles and offer an extraordinary experience that supplements your academic experience! Your job duties will include module and component level circuit debug, device characterization to drive test improvement and physical analysis to improve end-user performance and reliability. The Quality RMA Engineering role is critical to Micron as it serves the company's charter to be the most cost-effective producer of DRAM memory. This position is for a 3-month summer internship.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
Nice To Haves
- Course work in VLSI, semiconductor process, and programming is desirable, but not required.
