About The Position

These paid, seasonal assignments deliver meaningful, high-impact work designed to accelerate your growth. You’ll take on real responsibilities, build practical skills, and gain exposure to the business through structured learning, executive engagement, and networking opportunities. Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry. The Digital Marketing team drives awareness and engagement for theatrical releases through strategic social and digital campaigns, managing content, platform strategy, and day-to-day execution across channels. The Divisional Finance team acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across titles, distribution, and overhead to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Entertainment/Media Studies
  • Data/technology academic background
  • Good understanding of social media platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
  • Coursework in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Comfort analyzing data and presenting insights through class presentations or group projects

Responsibilities

  • Act as a full extension of the Social Media team, supporting overall Digital Marketing efforts across content creation, campaigns, and media initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for each film, including day-to-day planning and support for events such as premieres, press junkets, and talent Q&As.
  • Maintain and update key documents (calendars, key dates, marketing decks, and team materials) on a weekly basis to ensure alignment and organization.
  • Monitor social trends, emerging platforms, and audience engagement insights—reporting on what drives conversation and developing targeted initiatives such as college-focused social campaigns in collaboration with other marketing teams.
  • Receive Finance funding requests and apply funds to the correct accounts so teams can create purchase orders without errors.
  • Delivers weekly budget Digital Marketing status reports to senior Marketing management, reviewing title costs vs. actuals, adjusting budgets as needed, and ensuring timely processing of purchase orders to accurately reflect financial commitments.
