About The Position

The internship is a new position starting January 20, 2026. Interns are expected to work 20-29 hours during semesters and up to 40 hours during breaks, with no allowance for less than 20 hours per week. The intern will work primarily in the office at Conway 2-3 days per week, using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Salesforce, and internal tools. The role focuses on ensuring smooth Acxiom Health distributions by processing requests and collaborating with teams. Success is measured by operational efficiency in these tasks.

Requirements

• Only undergraduate students in Computer Information Systems, Analytics, or Data Sciences are considered.
• Anticipated graduation date of May 2027.
• Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Delivers data, data products, and information that drive our clients' multi-channel marketing capabilities.
• Understand the details of our client's data and Acxiom's products to ensure that clients and/or third-party vendors receive clean, enhanced, segmented, ready-to-market data.
• Strive daily to improve quality and adhere to standard processes and procedures.
• Work with clients and/or third-party vendors to begin to understand requirements and escalate issues with a focus on maintaining a seamless process flow.
