About The Position

The Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) leads Acxiom's delivery of services in support of digital marketing campaigns. They are the primary coordination point across internal and external cross-functional teams, and work directly with client and partner contacts on campaigns. The Intern - Digital Campaign Manager will support the DCM to ensure the timely and quality delivery of digital solutions including online display advertising, addressable television advertising, and closed-loop campaign measurement. Typically, a campaign process involves several steps where this support will be needed which involves planning, executing, and measuring campaigns. We are seeking candidates with the aptitude to quickly learn and support a knowledge of Acxiom processes for the products they support and of the processes and requirements of partners and analytics where required.

Requirements

  • Pursuing degree in Marketing, Business, Business Data Analytics or related field with an interest in Digital Advertising/Marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in learning tools associated with Acxiom internal platforms as well as a sound knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as collaboration and project management tools.
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to balance multiple tasks along with a strong sense of urgency/responsiveness.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail.
  • Aptitude to understand knowledge of database structure and management practices.
  • Ability to self-audit and to implement quality controls.

Nice To Haves

  • Digital Marketing or ecosystem classes or experience.
  • CDP Experience/Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Support your DCM in establishing a campaign plan including goals, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
  • Onboard files—what data is needed, issue resolution and management of process.
  • Plan, set up and execute campaigns.
  • Track/document all campaign related information for reporting, billing or historical purposes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client, partner, agency, onboarding/distributions, analysts, publishers/destinations, internal account team and consultants for all things campaign related.
  • Perform quality control and audits to ensure inputs, intermediate products, and end products meet campaign requirements.
  • Resolve issues in timing, quality, performance and escalate as necessary.
