Position Summary: The intern will work closely with senior-level biostatisticians on topics related to the clinical study design and analysis of clinical trials and/or non-clinical research on oncology/hematology.

Requirements

  • In a Bachelor's degree program, rising junior or senior.
  • Completed course work in Statistics/Mathematics, or Science/Data Sciences, or Computer or related areas by summer 2026
  • Excellent reading, writing and analytical skills
  • Proficient in one programming language/software
  • Self-management skills with a focus on results for timely and accurate completion of competing deliverables
  • Ability to be creative and innovative
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature research.
  • Apply innovative statistical methods and/or computational tools to clinical trials.
  • Perform data analysis and simulations to answer research questions.
  • Present project work to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Write summary reports.
