We are committed to providing valuable learning experience and mentorship to support the intern's professional development and growth. Position Summary: The intern will work closely with senior-level biostatisticians on topics related to the clinical study design and analysis of clinical trials and/or non-clinical research on oncology/hematology.
Requirements
- In a Bachelor's degree program, rising junior or senior.
- Completed course work in Statistics/Mathematics, or Science/Data Sciences, or Computer or related areas by summer 2026
- Excellent reading, writing and analytical skills
- Proficient in one programming language/software
- Self-management skills with a focus on results for timely and accurate completion of competing deliverables
- Ability to be creative and innovative
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature research.
- Apply innovative statistical methods and/or computational tools to clinical trials.
- Perform data analysis and simulations to answer research questions.
- Present project work to internal and external stakeholders.
- Write summary reports.
