About The Position

We’re looking for motivated students to be part of a dynamic 12-week paid internship where you’ll work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience, all while supporting our mission to improve health and lives. As a Labcorp intern, you’ll be immersed in hands-on work that complements your academic background. Machine Learning Model Development & Deployment : Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning models through real-time API integrations, contributing to enterprise-scale AI solutions that directly impact patient care and healthcare delivery across Labcorp's global diagnostic operations. Generative AI Application & Innovation : Apply cutting-edge Generative AI techniques to solve complex healthcare and business challenges, working alongside experienced data scientists to implement state-of-the-art AI capabilities that enhance diagnostic workflows and operational efficiency. End-to-End AI Solution Implementation : Participate in the full lifecycle of AI solution delivery—from data exploration and model development to integration, testing, and monitoring—while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise-level machine learning infrastructure and best practices in a healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Working towards postgraduate degree in Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related field
- Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
- Completed coursework in machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis, applying learned concepts in real-world scenarios
- Experience in programming languages including Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

- Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
