As a Data Science & Analytics Intern, you will be responsible for analysis/reporting, data strategy, and optimization recommendations to enable a data-driven CRM program. The role combines a passion for finding opportunity areas in the CRM program supported by deep analysis and insights, all stemming from your natural curiosity and need to understand the 'why' behind data.

  • Assist the team in analyzing content and identifying overall program success and marketing opportunities that could increase the performance of the site
  • Responsible for assisting the team with keyword research, dashboard creation, maintenance, and updates, aimed to improve overall CRM analytics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A storyteller, be able to make sense of data and extrapolate meaningful and actionable insights
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, dashboarding (tableau/Power BI), Google data studio, excel
  • Experience with Python a plus
