About the position

The Customer Service Team at Aquarion is looking for an intern! This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a real-world utilities environment allowing you to gain exposure to business operations while working with communication professionals. You'll gain a deeper understanding of our critical communications program Working together with our team to positively impact our overall communications to customers as well as state and local government contacts. The Data Maintenance and Everbridge Communications Intern will report directly to our Customer Advocate in the Customer Service Department.

Responsibilities

  • Data maintenance – updating records
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Contribute to development of templates and groups
  • Assist with implementation of website alert widget
  • Aid in UX testing and identifying areas of improvement

Requirements

  • Must be in the process of completing a bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, business, or related field.
  • Previous Internship experience preferred but not required.

  • Basic data maintenance experience/ software skills (previous Everbridge experience is a plus)

Benefits

  • The internship will pay $17.00 an hour.
  • Flexible hours, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
