About The Position

We are seeking two interns (preference to graduate-level) to support our department's data analytics strategy. This role is ideal for students with a strong foundation in data principles who are looking to apply their skills in a real-world setting focused on public service and operational improvement.

Requirements

• Applicant must be a current part-time or full-time student (minimum of 6 credit hours) in upcoming semester or in the immediately preceding semester.
• Applicant must be enrolled as a part-time/full-time student at a college, university, or technical institute at the time they apply.
• By the start of the internship, the student should have completed one year (nine months) of their chosen program.
• Experience with SQL and PowerBI are required.

Responsibilities

• Create data reports and visualizations using SQL and Power BI.
• Support documentation of data processes, workflows, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data outputs.
• Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting tools.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and performance metrics.
