Requirements

  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
  • Graduating August 2026 – May 2028.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with data reporting and dashboard tools like PowerBI.
  • Data management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL and/or Oracle experience.
  • Analytical skills to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues related to data.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortability interacting and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key areas of improvement in the service delivery organization and supply improvement plans to leadership.
  • Evaluate and identify areas of opportunity in service delivery workflow.
  • Focus on analytics and identifying process and automation requirements to streamline end-to-end service delivery and customer data management.
  • Support the team leads in reporting, analytics, and day-to-day work to ensure proper tracking of tasks in the queue.
  • Assist in prioritizing work based on analysis to inform leadership of high versus low priority tasks.

Benefits

  • Hourly based pay range: Min: $26/hour, Max: $38/hour.
