About The Position

The Intern, Data Analyst (Operational Excellence) partners with the Operational Excellence team to transform complex, unstructured business data into actionable insights. The intern will design and deliver one to two Power BI dashboards that visualize key operational metrics, taking data from varied sources and structuring it for meaningful analysis and decision-making. We're thrilled to provide a 10-week paid internship at our facility in Tustin, CA. As an intern, you'll dive deep into our team culture, take on significant projects, and play a vital role in our team's dynamics. This temporary, 40-hour per week office position is designed to offer you a wealth of experience and the chance to connect with professionals in the industry.

Requirements

Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship at our Tustin, CA facility.

Responsibilities

Work with the Operational Excellence team to define key performance metrics.
Ingest, clean, and structure data from multiple, often unstructured sources.
Design data models to support reliable analysis and visualization.
Develop and refine Power BI dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
Document data sources, transformations, and assumptions.
