As a CVD Equipment Engineering Intern at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be working with a team of process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, maintaining and optimizing thin films deposition equipment, to improve product quality and reliability, reduce cost, improve productivity, and manage equipment failure risks, as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. This position will identify, diagnose and resolve process and equipment related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, KT, FDC and/or SPC methodologies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out process, equipment and material evaluations and optimizations, improving documentation, participating in manufacturing availability and yield improvement, cost reduction activities, and new tool and component qualifications.
