About The Position

As an Intern in the Creative Department, you will immerse yourself in the intricacies of Film and TV development. You will engage with various aspects of our department, gaining hands-on experience in analyzing creative materials and learning about the industry. AGBO is proud to offer an educational internship program with meaningful preparation for future careers in entertainment.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a related field such as Film Studies, Creative Writing, Communications, or Media Studies. Junior/Senior applications only.
Prior internship experience in development/entertainment.
A keen interest in the entertainment industry, particularly in film and television development.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Applicant must possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Los Angeles, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

Responsibilities

Assist in the analysis and coverage of various materials, including books, screenplays, pilots, etc..
Participate in project research to support development initiatives.
Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Facilitate daily operations, such as setting up conference rooms and greeting guests, to ensure a smooth workflow within the company.
Attend department meetings, offering creative insights and suggestions.
