Interns must be available to participate for the full duration of the program. Position Summary The Corporate Managed Services & Implementation Intern provides college and university students with an overview of our business through different department-specific projects, assignments, and learning activities. This specific internship allows the intern to work directly with our community teams, operations, corporate departments, and learn about AI in Property Management

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Business or other relevant college or university degree program
  • Ability to work in the office five days per week efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Shadows Central Services leader in all areas to include: Application processing, Resident AI account services, Elise AI support, and onboarding and implementation of services
  • Completes tasks and assignments day-to-day to gain hands-on experience with centralized tasks, customer service, and on-site managed services activities
  • Assist with compiling data for special projects to gain a better understanding of the various functions within the business
  • Assists with onboarding and implementation of services to gain experience in onboarding coordination efforts
  • Participate in department meetings and assist with different department projects
  • Attends internship meetings hosted by the Internship Liaison and Associate Experience team
  • Participates in varying department projects and meetings to include administrative tasks, audits, data collection, research, and preparation of reports or presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn departmental workflows and assist with ongoing initiatives across the organization
  • Completes a final program assessment/evaluation with the Director of Central Services
  • Performs other duties as assigned
