About The Position

CTI and Associates, Inc. (CTI) is a provider of environmental consulting, engineering, remediation and construction services to federal, state, municipal and commercial clients across the United States. This internship involves assisting with project planning, design, and construction management activities, conducting site visits, supporting Project Managers with data collection, analysis, and reporting, and reviewing technical documents. The role also includes participating in safety inspections, collaborating with project teams, and performing administrative tasks related to project tracking.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles, engineering design, and project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in an office and field environment.
• Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CAD software.
• AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, design, and construction management activities.
