About The Position

ECC is seeking an Intern for a ground-up construction project for a seven-story hotel in Japan. The intern will assist the project on-site in Japan during the summer of 2025, with living expenses provided by ECC. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction engineering and project support.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in written and verbal formats.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma required.
• Currently enrolled as a third or fourth year student in an accredited university working towards an Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, civil) or Construction Management degree.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Japanese desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic construction engineering duties under close supervision.
• Assist with quality control and health and safety support as needed by the project.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Follow specific instructions and accountabilities related to the position.
