Requirements

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Computer Science degree at an accredited institution, having completed at least 30 semester hours of undergraduate coursework.
• Academic projects/coursework relating to machine learning or data analytics.
• Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
• Summer interns may work up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Mapping Python variables to simulation software parameters.
• Advancing the development of our existing Python automation scripts.
• Working in tandem with software vendors to craft necessary development tools.
• Working with data pertaining to vehicle dynamics recorded on physical vehicles.
• Performing statistical analysis on large datasets of vehicle data logs relating to the steering, suspension & braking systems.
• Applying fundamental machine learning principles to develop new methods of estimating parameters relating to vehicle motion, combining data generated from simulation and data gathered from physical tests.
