That's the only way to give ideas the power that allows them to become true innovations. Summer 2026 Full-Time Internship – Woodcliff Lake, NJJune 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026 WHAT AWAITS YOU. Support with managing the compliance programs Antitrust, Anti-Corruption, and Fraud Prevention. This includes evaluation of corporate hospitality cases for permissibility against company policies, assistance in assessing antitrust related cases in cooperation with the legal department, and data analytics for investigative and monitoring purposes. Draft and update corporate instructions related to compliance topics. Support managing speak-up hotlines and conducting investigations, including interviews and e-discovery. Support the training of employees on compliance topics and the compliance communication in general.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • US Work Authorization required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
  • Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
  • Field of study: Fields related to Law, Compliance, Finance, or Economics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior BMW Group experience is a plus (applicable to international J1 students only).
  • Preference: Master of Laws (LLM) or Master of Legal Studies (MLS) or equivalent
