About The Position

Join us beginning in June 2026 for a dynamic 8-week internship program in New Hampshire, designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and executive exposure. As the Compliance & Security intern, you will focus on strengthening the Lottery’s responsible gaming, security, and compliance framework by reviewing controls, policies, and escalated account activity to identify gaps, risks, and anomalies. It supports the development of a responsible gaming roadmap, improved exclusion and fraud reporting, and clearer management visibility. The role also evaluates the impact of enhanced security measures and identifies opportunities to reduce player friction through better communication and process design. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old in your third or fourth year of undergraduate study.
  • Must be able to work part-time (max 37 hrs/week), on-site internship in Bedford, New Hampshire.
  • Currently enrolled in a New Hampshire University or Technical College with coursework relevant to one of the available internship roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in the gaming industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review internal controls for responsible gaming, security, and compliance.
  • Assist with internal responsible gaming gap analysis and generation of an RG roadmap.
  • Assist with review of escalated accounts to identify fraud and anomalies.
  • Review existing iLottery policies for gaps, suggest updates.
  • In collaboration with Lottery and Vendor, review RG exclusion numbers to create reporting mechanism for management review.
  • Review impact of increased security measures and areas of opportunity to communicate better to reduce friction.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects and present findings to leadership.
  • Attend skill-building sessions, executive networking events, and industry functions.
