About The Position

This department supports the Project Management team and plays a key role in bridging Commercial Development, Operations, and Project Management. The team is involved in project development and conceptualization, guiding initiatives from initial funding through to execution. This department offers a unique opportunity to learn about the industry from a broad perspective and gain valuable exposure to the industry by working on a variety of tasks across the company.

Requirements

Student actively enrolled in a degreed program and attending classes related to Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2027
Proficient in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, Visual Basic, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Collaborate with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.
Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.

Responsibilities

Participate in projects such as optimizing engineering and information workflows, conducting data mining and fact-checking, and developing innovative approaches to improve efficiency in time-intensive tasks.
Assist Project Managers with review of invoices and budgets
Attend and prepare minutes of meetings and agendas
Review inspection reports and progress
Assist with schedule reviews
Assist in the preparation and review of project plans and procedures
Assist in document control
