About The Position

The intern will learn about the Commercial Payment products, Implementation and Account Management process for supporting clients for their Receivables processes. They will meet with representatives from each of the roles within the department, attend internal and customer facing (virtual) meetings. They will obtain an understanding of the different types of products, processes for meeting with and updating clients. The intern will be focused on supporting day to day tasks, setup, data analysis and client preparation. They will be assigned to specific tasks or clients required to support payments processes for client. They will also assist in ad hoc projects that are focused on improving the processes of the teams. Tasks can include, but are not limited to, data analysis, updating configurations, analyzing issues, creating new procedures or process guides. The summer internship session will begin on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, and will run for 11 weeks, ending on Friday, July 31, 2026. Internships are paid, full-time opportunities with a Monday through Friday work schedule.

Requirements

  • In process to obtain a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required - Business is the preferred major
  • 1+ years experience required
  • Strong communication skills and creating narratives for clients
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Diligence and persistence in working with teams and clients
  • Basic data analysis and review skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Persistence in defining resolution and root cause
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate/Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities
