Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong academic performance.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license required for travel to construction sites.
• Military experience is a plus.

• Availability for multiple work terms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop future technical and leadership talent for the benefit of MPC.
• Gain experience in the 5 phases of the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP) including Conceptual, Feasibility, Definition, Implementation, and Start-up/Close-out.
• Development of project scope.
• Engineering oversight.
• Technical design.
• Cost estimating.
• Schedule development.
• Evaluating and summarizing bid sets.
• Construction supervision.
• Safety leadership.
• Coordination with operations groups.
• Project documentation.
