  • Support the scheduling of delivery of light products, feedstocks, and biofuels by pipeline or waterborne transportation to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate pipeline, barge and/or tanker movements for appropriate timing, batch size and sequence of product shipments.
  • Monitor inventories at terminals and refineries daily and adjust shipping schedules to avoid shortages.
  • Develop improved scheduling methods to efficiently utilize company resources and minimize transportation costs.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Gather and interpret data, create reports, and assist in the development of marketing strategies.
  • Support coordination efforts across departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of projects.
  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting Commercial systems and applications.
  • Support efforts to identify and pursue new Commercial opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
  • Concurrent enrollment in a bachelor's degree (or higher) seeking program for the duration of the experience.
  • Military experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to provide reliable transportation to and from place of work.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Desired majors include Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science or other related disciplines.
