About The Position

Join Community Health Network as an Intern in Clinical Informatics. This position is part-time and offers flexible working hours and days, with the requirement to report out data during Thursday meetings. The Clinical Informatics team serves as a bridge between clinical caregivers and information technology, working closely with providers, nurses, and all clinical caregivers to optimize workflows with technology solutions. The intern will assist in gathering and evaluating data, completing workflow observations, and supporting various projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
• Ability to use customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience
• Detail oriented
• Proactive
• Organization and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate data
• Complete workflow observations
• Assist in projects as needed
• Data Analysis
• Documenting Best Practice Workflows
• Provide At the Elbow Support for Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and other technology solutions
• Involvement in Clinical Decision Support and other administrative duties
