About The Position

Contech Engineered Solutions is looking for a Fall, 2025 Engineering Intern to join our team in West Chester, Ohio. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our design team, play a consultative role, and actively support our field marketing team to establish and build relationships with civil engineering clients while contributing to our commercial objectives. If you are pursuing a degree in Engineering and would like to apply your knowledge to support engineers, contractors, and developers on civil and/or environmental engineering projects, this is the perfect opportunity.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program, Environmental or Civil preferred.
• Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, database management software, and basic CAD.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department design engineers to present project-specific solutions to clients.
• Provide quality designs and advice to secure and integrate our products on site plans.
• Assist in the creation of engineering designs and plans under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses to support design decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely project completion.
• Provide support for submittals, production, and product delivery.
• May conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality.
• Maintain engineering standards and procedures.
